Korg Mono/Poly MP-4 & Original Carry Bag
Superb Korg Mono/Poly MP-4 for sale in excellent cosmetic condition and perfect working order. With carry bag.
In excellent condition for its age just the usual minor scuffs/scratches and smudges consistent with a well-preserved 35 year-old synth. The end cheeks are very clean with some minor bumps on the back corners. Comes with original Korg carry case, this is in good cosmetic condition with a noticeable rip on the underside. It's just been serviced and recalibrated by a top synth tech. It sounds stunning - these are powerful and flexible synths with great sound-design capabilities. Definitely my favourite Korg of this era.
It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.

There are no known faults with this synth - in use, wheels, switches and pots move smoothly and noiselessly. (Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used - even during shipping - this can usually be easily rectified either by use or with a bit of switch-cleaning spray).
