Do you ship your equipment internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using specialist couriers like DHL and UPS. All items are professionally packed using custom-made crates or heavy-duty cardboard to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
Has the vintage gear been serviced before sale?
Absolutely. Every piece of vintage equipment undergoes a rigorous inspection and full service by our team of expert technicians. We ensure it meets original factory specifications before it leaves our studio.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 14-day return period for all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, provided it is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most of our vintage and used gear comes with a standard 3-month warranty covering parts and labor. New equipment carries the full manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.
Can I request a specific voltage for my region?
Yes, many of our units can be internally switched or modified to 110v or 240v. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss voltage requirements for your specific country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For high-value studio installations, we can also discuss financing options through our partner providers.
